Paradise PD Review
Paradise PD is a Netflix Adult-Animation comedy about the police department of Paradise, Illinois. Paradise PD is known for its "Pushing-the-limits" humour which is noticeable when watching even the first episode. The show's first season launched in 2018 on Netflix and was continued by season 2 in 2020 and went through to season 4 in 2022 which was Paradise PD's final season. The show's major characters consists of: Chief Randal Crawford, Kevin Crawford, Gina Jabowski, Gerald Fitzgerald, Stanley Hobson and Dusty Marlow. Now talking about whether the show is any good or not is a tough question. It mostly depends on personal opinion, the show has received a lot of negativity in its reviews but has also gotten lots of positive opinions on the show as well. Personally, I'd recommend giving it a try, for an adult animated comedy, it does a good job and is entertaining enough. Paradise PD is not all great though, a lot of characters only have one personality trait and their entire character is just based upon that, this is not the case for all characters though. Some episodes that stood out were "Who Ate Wally's Waffles" which is the 4th episode of the 2nd season, "Boat!" which is the 7th episode of the 4th season and finally "How The Cookie Crumbles" which is the 6th episode of the 3rd season. All those episodes have good plots and expand on different characters personalities. If you enjoyed Paradise PD the creators of the show have 2 other shows, "Brickleberry" (On Disney+ and Hulu) and "Farzar" which is another Netflix show. Overall, I'd give Paradise PD an 8.5/10 and would recommend you give it a try.
